Nurturenest Family Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated candidates to work with families in their homes in the USA and UK, as a Night Nanny. Whether you have professional experience in this field or are eager to learn, we provide training for qualified applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate parents on newborn care, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and establishing sleep routines
- Offer hands-on support with infant care, including diaper changes, feeding, and soothing the baby
- Provide emotional support to the family as they adjust to life with a newborn
- Assist with light household tasks, such as baby laundry and maintaining the nursery
- Support both nighttime and daytime shifts, typically lasting 8-12 hours
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for working with newborns and supporting new parents
- Caring, dependable, and mature candidates who can offer non-judgmental, respectful care
- Knowledgeable or willing to learn about newborns, postpartum needs, and family dynamics
- Professional experience as a night nanny or in a related field is a plus (but not required)
- Vaccinated candidates preferred (though not mandatory)

We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and knowledgeable individuals who are passionate about working with newborns and providing support to new parents. While professional experience in newborn care or a related field is a plus, it is not required. We offer training to all qualified applicants to prepare them for success in this role.
What We’re Looking For:
Candidates should be empathetic, understanding, and respectful of each family’s unique needs and wishes. You must be knowledgeable about newborn care and postpartum recovery and ready to provide non-judgmental support to new families. Shifts typically range from 8 to 12 hours, and both night and day shifts are available.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Educating parents on newborn care, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and establishing sleep routines
- Providing emotional support to new parents
- Assisting with hands-on infant care
- Helping with light household tasks such as laundry
Vaccinated candidates are preferred but not required.
